Most of us share silly and somewhat meaningless status updates in social media from time to time.
That’s okay because if you really want to let the whole world know you’re not wearing pants, it’s actually my problem not yours.
Please keep sharing those crazy status updates on Twitter and Facebook. They remind me that you’re human.
It’s my job to filter out the ones I don’t want to see when I don’t want to see them.
I can simply ignore the status update or remove the individual from one of my preferred feeds.
Just realize that I don’t do it with any malice so please don’t take it personally.
It just means that right now those messages are not resonating with me.
How about you? What tools and techniques do you utilize to filter social media messages?

I’m silly and meaningless almost all the time, and I’m rarely wearing pants. ๐ The meaningless drivel I don’t put up with is one-word tweets. Some people feel the need to blast what they are doing with little else to carry the message. “Eating.” “Tired.” That’s a quick unfollow from me! If you are going to be meaningless, do it with some personality!
