A positive encouraging comment about my blog by my friend Katie Felten inspired to me record this vBlog this morning. To help and encourage others was also the topic of a brief conversation with John Amatt and his wife while having dinner last night. John led the first Canadian climb of Mount Everest.
The context is that when people help and encourage other people the outcomes are always positive. The key is to understand the difference between being helpful and supportive versus taking care of and doing for another.
