Hello, Jim Raffel here. Between travel and other project work demands I will only be able to check email once a day towards the end of the afternoon in whatever timezone I may be in.

If your email included a request for technical support and you did not at least cc: support@colormetrix.com then please resend the email to the support address for quickest response.

My goal will be to respond to all messages that require a response before my work day ends. It will assist me greatly in addressing your needs if the specific question you have is clearly stated at the beginning of the email.
