Wow – I’m blown away. Had no idea this post would resonate with so many people so powerfully.

First, I want to thank the Phil, Ridgely, Anne and Steve for commenting here. There have been several more back channel discussions started because of this post. To all of you please know your responses have changed the direction of this blog. I already have some ideas and plan to sit down with a close friend soon to discuss more ideas.

Phil – Just thanks man that’s all I can say.

Ridgely – Third Tribe is amazing – That’s why I use and recommend it. You’ve seen posts like this inside the tribe. I started being more open there and decided to bring some of that here.

Anne – #lovefest ‘nough said (It’s and inside joke people deal with it)

Steve – Thanks for stopping by – had no idea you read me. Yes, playing the victim is the easy way out and we all take that route sometimes. It’s when step back and realize that is what you’ve done that the growing begins.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences. Many people feel they are victims (myself included at times) when they hold the power of their decisions. Taking accountability isn’t easy; it is easier to blame others. Keep up the blogging! I enjoy them and always take away something that can help me personally.
